File Explorer Gets More Improvements in Windows 11

The most recent Windows 11 preview build shipped to insiders in the Dev channel comes with additional improvements for File Explorer.

The built-in file manager already comes with tabs, and without a doubt, this is one of the biggest updates in many years. But in addition, the software giant is constantly working on further refining the application, and the latest build shipped as part of the Windows Insider program brings improvements for the search experience.

Starting with this build, whenever you want to use the File Explorer search, you should see results as you type, the company explains.

Worth knowing, however, is that this feature will be going live in stages, so not all users are going to be able to try it out at the same time.
