GitHub for Microsoft Teams Officially Announced
Microsoft’s takeover of GitHub was one of the biggest tech stories last year, and at that point, it was pretty clear that one of the long-term plans was integrating more services developed by the software giant into the platform.
And this is exactly what’s happening these days, with Microsoft now announcing the GitHub integration with Microsoft Teams is now available in preview.
In other words, users can now install GitHub from the Microsoft Teams app store, albeit it’s worth emphasizing the application is still in preview at this point and certain features might not work exactly as expected.
