How to Fix the Start Menu Broken Down by Windows 10 Cumulative Update KB4524147

Microsoft has released new cumulative updates for Windows 10 on October 3 in order to correct a bug breaking down printing and resolve an error encountered when installing Features on Demand.

The Windows 10 May 2019 Update (version 1903) cumulative update KB4524147, and it increases the OS build number to 18362.388.

Given the update is labeled as a security update, it is automatically downloaded and installed on Windows 10 devices from Windows Update. To check if KB4524147 was already installed on your device, click the Start menu and type winver. If the version number of your OS install is 18362.388, the update is running on your device.
