Microsoft Gives Up on UserVoice Feedback Forums
Microsoft has been using UserVoice for quite a while now to collect feedback on its products, but the company is now believed to be looking elsewhere for this purpose.
In other words, there’s a chance Microsoft is killing off its UserVoice pages, possibly in an attempt to make the switch to its very own feedback platform.
As per a report, Microsoft has already given up on some UserVoice communities, and an attempt to load them provides users with an error reading “This site is not currently active” or “This UserVoice instance does not exist.”
Oddly enough, not all Microsoft UserVoice pages are currently down, as the Microsoft Teams group still seems to be working.
