Microsoft Is Finally Fixing One of Its Biggest Email Annoyances

Microsoft is currently working on a new feature that would finally resolve one of the biggest annoyances of its email clients, such as Outlook, once and for all.

Microsoft says it’s working on storing email signatures in the cloud, which means you’ll create it just once and then have it synced to all the other devices where the same account is configured.

How email signatures work right now is incredibly frustrating, especially for those who configured the same email accounts on more than one device. And Microsoft is actually the one insisting for everyone to have their emails on desktop and mobile, so resolving the signature annoyance is actually part of a broader plan.
