Microsoft Releases Windows 10 Cumulative Update KB4462932

Microsoft has released a new batch of cumulative updates for older versions of Windows 10, and the Fall Creators Update (version 1709) is one of those getting a patch.

Windows 10 cumulative update KB4462932 increases the OS build number to 16299.755 and comes with a long changelog, which is all about fixes and refinements to existing features.

As usual, there are no new features in this cumulative update, but only quality improvements that are supposed to tune the experience with Windows 10.

While you can check out the full changelog in the box after the jump, there are several updates that need to be highlighted, including one for applications that may stop responding after installation. Microsoft doesn’t provide any specifics in this regard, but it says that cumulative update KB4462932 should prevent this issue from happening after patching.
