Top Windows 10 Start Menu App Receives a Much-Needed Update
Despite Windows 10 coming with its very own Start menu, there are plenty of users out there who prefer sticking with a third-party alternative, simply because these often ship with more customization and configuration options.
Start10 from Stardock is one of the most popular Start menu apps for Windows 10, and today it received a much-needed update to resolve bugs and improve the existing features.
With the release of version 1.8, Start10 now addresses the shut content menu bug that did not display pending updates. So beginning with this version, the app should feel more like the original power options in Windows 10 and display when updates are pending, an option that obviously comes in handy when you need to reboot or shut down your device and updates are waiting for installation.
