What’s New in Cumulative Update KB4284835 for Windows 10 April 2018 Update

As we announced a few minutes ago, Microsoft shipped a new batch of cumulative updates for Windows 10 as part of its security cycle, and just as expected, the April 2018 Update is getting its own release.

The Windows 10 April 2018 Update cumulative update is KB4284835 and it bumps the OS version to 17134.112. This OS build number lets you check whether the update installed correctly or not – to do this, just press Win key + R and then type winver. If the version number displayed in the dialog is the same as the one above, the update installed correctly.

Since it’s released on Patch Tuesday, cumulative update brings both security and non-security improvements to Windows 10 April 2018 Update.
