What’s New in Windows 10 Cumulative Update KB4462939

Windows 10 Creators Update (1703) is one of the versions getting a cumulative update today after previously being provided with security and non-security improvements as part of the October 9 Patch Tuesday.

This time, Windows 10 version 1703 receives cumulative update KB4462939, which comes with quality improvements exclusively – security patches are typically published on the second Tuesday of each month.

Just like in the case of cumulative update KB4462932 for Fall Creators Update (version 1709), KB4462939 comes with a rather long changelog, and you can find all the release notes in the box at the end of the article.

However, it’s worth noting that it fixes an issue experienced on systems with more than 4GB, as Microsoft itself explains.
