Windows 10 Cumulative Update KB4041676 Fails to Install, Freezes During Download

Microsoft has shipped a series of new cumulative updates for Windows 10, and even though the number of systems hitting issues has dropped dramatically after the debut of the Creators Update, it turns out that there still are users out there coming across the very same bugs as before.

Windows 10 cumulative update KB4041676 is specifically aimed at the Creators Update, but judging from a number of user reports, the experience it provides is not exactly flawless.
