Windows 10 Cumulative Update KB4284819 Now Available for Fall Creators Update

This month’s Patch Tuesday cycle brings cumulative updates for all Windows 10 versions, including for the Fall Creators Update, also known as version 1709.

If for some reason you haven’t updated to the Windows 10 April 2018 Update, your system should be getting cumulative update KB4284819, which just as expected, brings security and non-security improvements to your computer.

Before anything else, it’s worth noting that this update pushes the OS version to build number 16299.492, which is the newest you can get at the moment. If you install this new release, your computer is brought completely up-to-date. This is actually the purpose of cumulative updates – installing the latest one brings all fixes and patches to your system, as it includes all previously released improvements.
