Windows 10 November Update Still Freezing at 44 Percent 2 Months After Launch
Microsoft rolled out Windows 10 November Update as the first big update for the core Windows 10 released in July 2015 and recommended all users to install it as soon as possible.
But for a number of Windows 10 users, no matter how hard they try to install this update, it’s quite impossible to do it due to a bug that freezes the process at 44 percent (or at different percentage levels).
