Windows 10 PC Users Can Now See Missed Phone Calls and Send Text Messages

Microsoft is working to unify platforms with Windows 10 and bring together PCs and smartphones and the latest version of the mobile operating system comes with improvements that could really come in handy when working on a desktop computer.

Starting with Windows 10 Mobile build 10572 and Windows 10 for PC build 10565, users can see missed phone calls and send text messages straight from their desktops with help from their personal assistant Cortana.
