Windows 11 Version 22H2 Could Be Signed Off on May 20
Microsoft is working around the clock on finalizing the next major feature update for Windows 11, and while the company has so far remained tight-lipped as to when a final build could be chosen, it looks like this phase has already been reached.
Microsoft watcher Zac Bowden revealed on Twitter that Windows 11 build 22621, which has recently been shipped to insiders in the Beta channel, is the final one that will go live for users out there as version 22H2.
Furthermore, it appears that Microsoft plans to sign off this build on May 20, and if nothing big happens in the meantime, build 22621, obviously with additional refinements, will be the one to go live to production devices later this year.
Windows 11 rollout still underway
In the meantime, however, Microsoft is still working on bringing Windows 11 to all eligible devices.
