Windows Users Now Provided with Flash Player End of Support Notifications

The most recent optional cumulative update for Windows 10 version 1903 and 1909 introduces a new warning in Internet Explorer that indicates the Flash Player support is coming to an end.

In other words, once you install this cumulative update, you should see a warning in Internet Explorer that Flash Player is being retired.

“Important Reminder: Flash Player’s end of life is December 31, 2020. Please see this Flash Player EOL Information page for more details,” the warning reads.

Earlier this month, Microsoft announced that both Microsoft Edge, including here the legacy version of the browser and the Chromium-powered sibling, as well as Internet Explorer, would no longer support Flash Player after the end of 2020.
