PGA TOUR 2K25 is a golf simulation game for PC from HB Studios, available on Steam.

How to Download PGA TOUR 2K25 on Windows
PGA TOUR 2K25 is sold on Steam starting at $69.99. You need a Steam account and a free 2K Account to play.
- Step 1. Download and install Steam if you do not have it yet. It is free.
- Step 2. Open Steam and sign in. Create a free account if you do not have one.
- Step 3. Search for PGA TOUR 2K25 in the Steam store, or go directly to the store page.
- Step 4. Pick the edition you want and complete the purchase.

What Is PGA TOUR 2K25?
PGA TOUR 2K25 is the newest entry in 2K’s golf simulation series, built by HB Studios. It puts you in control of a custom golfer competing across real-world courses, with a swing system based on timing rather than simple power bars. Shot shaping, club selection, and reading the green all factor into how well you score, so the learning curve rewards practice over quick reflexes.
The biggest addition this year is the inclusion of three real major tournaments. For the first time in the series, you can compete in The PGA Championship, The U.S. Open, and The Open Championship. Outside the majors, MyCAREER lets you build a custom MyPLAYER through an attribute and equipment progression system, while Course Designer gives you tools to build and share your own holes and full courses.
PGA TOUR 2K25 released in February 2025 on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. The PC version runs through Steam and uses Denuvo (anti-piracy software that limits how many machines you can activate the game on) alongside a required 2K Account.

🎮 Our Take
PGA TOUR 2K25 makes a real step forward by finally putting the three biggest tournaments in golf into the game, and the swing system still holds up as one of the better timing-based golf engines on PC. MyCAREER and Course Designer give the game real staying power outside of the majors, and cross-platform play means you are not stuck finding opponents only on PC. Reception has been mixed overall, with some of the pushback aimed at how much extra content sits behind the Pro and Legend Edition tiers and the ongoing season pass model.
If you want the full golf sim experience with all three majors and do not mind sticking to cosmetic and progression extras, the Standard Edition covers everything you need to start. If you care about faster MyPLAYER progression or want every season unlocked from day one, weigh the Pro or Legend Edition cost first. If post-launch monetization is a dealbreaker for you, the base game alone is still a complete golf sim without buying anything else.
