According to the Windows blog at blogs.windows.com, partners showed new PCs for every need at IFA. The Acer Vero 16 features recycled aluminum and Intel Core Ultra Series 3 chips with up to 180 platform TOPS. It also includes greatly expanded repairability features and a new chassis design.
For developers, OpenClaw Windows App makes it easier to run AI models locally on supported NVIDIA RTX Spark machines. This means AI agents can work on your device within set security limits instead of always needing the cloud. It builds on the secure agent-execution foundation introduced at Microsoft Build.
Why it matters
This matters most to developers and creators who want powerful local AI without cloud costs. Project Zenith devices let them run coding models locally and unmetered, which can lower token expenses. The devices also come with Visual Studio Code, WSL, and GitHub Copilot CLI.
For everyday buyers, the impact is limited today because NVIDIA RTX Spark Windows PCs do not ship until October 2026. The Dell 14S battery claim of 21 hours comes from controlled lab tests and may vary. Most new laptops offer Copilot+ PC experiences, but availability depends on the model.
