StarRupture is a first-person open-world survival game set on a hostile alien planet. You start with nothing and build up from basic resource gathering to a fully automated production system: machines that mine ore, refine materials, generate power, and produce your gear.

The planet is not passive. Alien creatures patrol the world and attack your base. On top of that, periodic cataclysm events hit the environment and send large waves of alien creatures at your base. The cataclysms escalate as your base grows, so the better you build, the harder the threats get.

The game supports both solo play and online co-op for up to 4 players. In co-op, teams can divide tasks: one person builds and manages automation while others explore, gather, and hold off incoming threats. What sets it apart from most survival games is the automation layer: the mid-game is not just about staying alive, it is about building systems that work while you focus elsewhere.
